This short meditation is an exploration into the Heart of Being. The presence and potential of your true nature.
The more you live from the heart of your being the more Life lives you and expresses as love, healing, creativity, wisdom, clarity and joy.
To get the most out of this meditation:
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Listen with an open mind. Don’t try to analyze or understand your experience.
- If you fall asleep, don’t worry. You’ll still gain benefit. Simply do your best to remain alert.
- Listen more than once. The more often you listen, the more you’ll naturally rest into your true nature.
