This edition of Heart Notes features an interview I had with last week with Health and Transformation coach, Julie Stiles.

JuliaI love what Julie Stiles is doing. She has launched a new podcast called Autoimmune Adventures, to inspire and educate people with autoimmune disorders.

This new podcast is a great free resource. And because autoimmune disease affects so many, I wanted to give her work a shout out.

Julie’s approach to healing is very similar to mine. Even if you don’t have an autoimmune condition, you’ll learn some vital principles for healing and well-being.

You can listen to our conversation here.

Julie talks about:

  • What an autoimmune disorder is.
  • What makes autoimmune issues different from other physical illness.
  • Why conventional treatment approaches often fail to help – and what does help.

If you have a family member or friend who is struggling with an autoimmune condition, please share this Heart Notes edition, so they can listen to the interview and sign up for Julie’s podcast.

Drop the struggle – lean in for support.

Something remarkable happens to problems and illness when we take a healing approach, not a fix it, change it approach. We begin to tap into life’s natural intelligence which lies in the heart of every one of us. It’s this intelligence that allows for what appear to be miracles.

The real miracle is not so much what get’s healed, although that’s important, it’s that we have a power within us which can heal and transform trauma and disease. This agent tends to be a secret power, because most of us are not taught how to access it.
