Hi,
How are you?
You might have been asked this question several times today.
I’m curious – where do you go to find your answer?
Do you take your blood pressure, refer to your last performance review, assess your mood, lick your finger and hold it up to the wind?
Perhaps you strike back with “I’m good” without thinking.
According to popular culture feeling good about ourselves is in short supply. People judge themselves negatively, feel inferior and claim to have low self-esteem.
But what if we have this backwards?
What if how we are has nothing to do with how we feel?
Today’s video explores where feelin’ good feelings actually come from.
How do you maintain the feelings of low self-esteem? What shift do you notice when you stop using your feelings as a compass?
Love,
Fiona
